EMR Investments Incorporated was founded by Erin Richett.  She has been lending money to real estate investors since 2018.  She also actively invests in both commercial and residential rental properties, including short term vacation rentals, and has fixed and flipped over 50 residential properties in the past 8 years.  Erin has a vast knowledge of the real estate industry and gladly offers advice and wisdom to her investors when needed.  Erin also has an engineering background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering  and experience working at the Newport News Shipyard, but ultimately real estate investing is her true passion.  

 

She desires to achieve a win-win on all scenarios and works to establish long term relationships with her investors.
